Meet Fhrancis Oliver Lopez, the official candidate of the Philippines to the Mister International 2011 held in Thailand last December 17, 2011.


Fhrancis Oliver Lopez hails from Las Piñas City. He stands 5’8″ and weighs 129 lbs.

Born February 3, 1989, Fhrancis works as a part-time model. He is the image model of Go Green Artists and Project Management and the reigning Mr. Philippines 2011
